Hei! I am an experienced author of fiction texts in Russian. My books have been published since 2013 in independent Russian publishing houses and have been translated into different languages. In Finland one of my stories is published in the multilingual book-project Tilkkutäkin alla.
A common thread running through all my books is the theme of children’s play and the joy of friendship. I love playing with words and showing children that life is beautiful and inspiring. At the same time, I am not afraid of complex topics, speaking with readers about the lives of blind people, serious illnesses, and even death. Finland also finds its way into my writing — as I have been living here for the 8 years.
As an author, I have visited in Russian schools and libraries across various Finnish cities, and I always happy to meet new readers!
Usually I perform in Russian, but I am open to proposals for visits in English or Simple Finnish — especially if you have read my book “Muzyka Moego Dyatla” (“The Invisible Elephant” in English version), which has been published in English, Japanese, Czech, Korean, Turkish, and Italian. It is a book about the life of a blind little girl. I have discussed it with children many times and developed various games and activities based on the book, so we can explore Braille, try to identify objects by touch and sounds from the book, and much more.
I am also open to meeting with children and adults who are learning Russian. I love playing with words and have different exercises for creating little stories through language games.
And if you are interested in how children's authors write in other languages about Finland—that is also me! I have unpublished fiction manuscripts about biodiversity in Helsinki and about children who have Russian class in Finnish school—with material for discussion.

– Встреча по рукописям о финском биоразнообразии и о классе детей, который учат русский как родной в финской школе.
